Infraset Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") forms part of the Infraset Terms of Service. It applies to every Customer and user of the Infraset platform (the "Service") and to everything their agents do through it. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. AI model usage policies and prohibited content

The Service uses artificial intelligence models from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, among others, and Infraset complies with their usage policies. Those policies also apply to your use of the Service:

  • Anthropic Usage Policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup
  • OpenAI Usage Policies: https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies

The use restrictions of the providers of the other models the Service uses apply in the same way. If one of those policies is stricter than this Policy on a point, the stricter rule applies.

Prohibited content. You will not use the Service to create, request, store or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene or sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination, or to commit fraud, deceive or impersonate others. This does not prohibit lawful professional work that requires analyzing such content, such as legal, compliance or investigative work, as long as the Service is not used to create or spread it and the content is not illegal to possess.

2. Messages your agents send

Agents can send email and other messages from accounts you connect. You are responsible for them as if you had sent them yourself. You will not use the Service to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to people who have opted out;
  • send messages that do not comply with anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you, such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor;
  • impersonate a person or organization, or hide that a message comes from you;
  • deceive a person into believing they are talking to a human where the law requires disclosure that they are interacting with an automated system;
  • harass, threaten, or defame anyone.

3. Data you must not submit

Unless you have a separate written agreement with Infraset that covers it, do not intentionally submit to the Service, or use it to systematically process, the following. Their incidental presence in ordinary business documents, such as a tax ID on an invoice, is not a breach:

  • sensitive personal data, such as health, genetic or biometric data, data on racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, sexual life or orientation, or trade union membership;
  • government identification numbers, full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, or passwords for third-party accounts;
  • data about children under 18;
  • data you do not have the right to share, including information covered by a confidentiality obligation that does not allow it.

4. High-risk uses

  • Do not use the Service to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, such as in employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, access to public benefits or essential services, or legal or immigration status, without meaningful human review of each decision.
  • If your agents give advice or recommendations to people outside your organization in legal, medical, financial, insurance or other regulated areas, a qualified professional must review them before they are given, and those people must be told that AI was used to prepare them.
  • Do not use agents to control physical systems that could injure people, such as vehicles, machinery, medical devices, or industrial or safety systems.

5. Prohibited uses of the Service

Do not use the Service to:

  • break any law or help someone else break it;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the Service, other customers, or our providers, including by excessive automated requests;
  • get around the safety measures of the Service or of the AI models it uses, including through jailbreaking or prompt injection;
  • access or use the Service from a country where it is not offered, or hide your location to get around that restriction, as set out in the Terms of Service;
  • get around usage limits, trial limits or features that are shown as unavailable, including by creating multiple accounts;
  • share accounts or credentials, evade a suspension by opening new accounts, or give access to someone we have suspended;
  • pay with stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
  • scrape or extract the Service's models, prompts or configurations, or use outputs to train or develop AI models;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows;
  • resell the Service or offer it to third parties as a service without a written agreement with Infraset.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. If we find one, we may remove content, pause an agent or connection, or suspend or terminate the account under the Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the law requires it or a person's safety is at risk, we may act without notice and report to the competent authorities.

7. Reporting

Report misuse of the Service to [email protected].
